How to sign-up up for classes

Click on Schedule
Choose your class, it will direct you to Mindbody Online where you create a profile. You only have to do this once. We recommend that you download the Mindbody App so you can make viewing open classes and scheduling that much easier next time. Please remember to book in advance to guarantee your spot!

“Drop-ins” are available if space permits.

What to expect during your class

What to wear

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that you can easily move in. We want you to be able to focus on the movement rather than what you are wearing. We also recommend that you wear non-slip socks to work out in. We have several options available for purchase.

What to bring:

All equipment and props, including mat, are provided. We recommend you bring water to stay hydrated. Or, if you prefer, you may purchase water or cold-pressed juices from our Studio.


We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your very first class so you can get signed in and we can show you around our Studio and answer any questions you may have. Our classes are designed to start together and end together. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to ensure that everything is set up properly for you when class begins. If you are on a waiting list, you will be offered a spot if a client is not present by the time class starts.

Please check-in with our front desk team, letting them know you are here for class by giving them your full name.


All clients are required to fill out a waiver before their first workout. This can be done online when you create your Mindbody profile. If you would like assistance setting this up, we will be happy to help you complete this in the Studio before your first class.


24-hour cancellation is required to avoid being charged for a session or class.
